About Pete Savage
Pete Savage is a B2B copywriting expert whose insights have been published in the World's Best Kept Copywriting Secrets Vol. II and by the Canadian Professional Sales Association and

Of the thousands of copywriters out there, few
have real world sales experience. Fewer still have an academic
background in business. But with a university degree in Business
and Fortune 500 sales experience, I’m a copywriter who
knows first hand how business decisions are made,
and how to move prospects through the sales cycle.
At school, I earned an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration
degree from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario
– one of Canada’s premier high tech regions.
And as a B2B sales professional for a Fortune 500 company,
I learned “in the trenches” how to sell technology
solutions to decision makers.
I left sales to became a copywriter in a boutique agency,
eventually moving on to become an independent B2B copywriter and
consultant. Today I help technology companies – and
other B2B companies – drive sales.
I’ve written a variety of marketing materials
for major technology players like Research In Motion (makers of the BlackBerry), Motorola and
NCR. I’m
a member of the American Consultants League and my articles have been published by the Canadian Professional Sales Association, SixFigureJobs.com, and elsewhere.
I serve clients across Canada and the U.S. from my office
in London, Ontario, Canada, where I live with my wife, my
son and our dog – a crazy Weimaraner named Ringo.
